Annual Renewal of Dues per yacht for PHRF NW Membership. This is for renewing existing members. Both Canadian and US members will renew here. Make sure you pay before January 1st, to insure that your boat is included in the annual Handbook publication. Renewals after April 1st will incur a late fee. The 2010 certificates will be mailed prior to January 1st, 2010.
