For membership use; 

• Application for Rating , the New Member Application Form
• Diagram for obtaining your measurements , use for a guide in measuring in PDF. 
• PIYA Safety certificate, this a copy of the cert from PIYA  For any questions about the cert, contact PIYA.  You should have on board at all times.
• US Sailing protest form
• Handicappers and Directors contact info 
• New member brochure in Word, or PDF
• Boat Abbreviations for your new member application

For Handicapper use; 

• Change Form for reporting all changes  these are in in Power Point, PDF, RTF, and Word Doc
• Rating Appeal Form

Tips on using forms...

Do's;

• All new applications must be submitted on an application for rating form. Even if you are changing boats, you must complete a new member application. 
• If your boats sails or dimensions change, you must report this to your handicapper on a change form.   
• Be sure to sign your application. 
• Be sure to fully complete the application, any missing data will cause delays.   

Don't; 

• Send in a change of boat on a change form. You need to complete a new application.
• Don't send an incomplete application, this will cause delays. 
• Don't write "standard boat", you need to write in all your dimensions.
• Please don't expect that when submitting an application on a Wednesday means it will be done by Saturday.  (The process usually takes 2 weeks.) All the handicappers are volunteers. 

You are in charge of how long the process takes. If you submit properly completed forms, with your annual fee, your application should take about 2 weeks.
