PHRF NW handicappers are divided into sub regions. As needed, the handicappers in each subregion may meet prior to annual meetings to discuss ratings of interest. The sub regional meetings create an opportunity to review ratings before the meetings.

The Seattle Regional Council of PHRF-NW will hold a meeting on Wednesday March 16, 2010 at a location to be determined beginning at 1730 hours. Via copy of this notice previously forwarded to the address of PHRF-NW Officers, Directors and Handicappers, and to those member owners of boats with ratings scheduled for appeal, all interested parties shall be deemed to have been duly advised of this Meeting’s Agenda and request for attendance. PHRF-NW members and their guests are welcome to attend. Times below are tentative. Members should be aware that PHRF regional councils have no power to change ratings, except for local use only. Appeals are reviewed at the Regional Council level for completeness and validity before being heard at the next meeting of the full Handicappers council. Please inform your responsible handicapper if you wish to appeal any members rating.

The PHRF NW Oregon Regional Committee meeting will be conducted on Wednesday 7 April 2010 at Rose City Yacht Club, beginning at 1830 hours. Via copy of this notice previously forwarded to the address of PHRF-NW Officers, Directors and Handicappers, and to those member owners of boats with ratings scheduled for appeal, all interested parties shall be deemed to have been duly advised of this Meeting’s Agenda and request for attendance.
