PHRF NORTHWEST AND SWIFTSURE PARTICIPANTS

For 2008, Swiftsure has again elected to operate their sailing event under the handicapping authority of PHRF NW.  If you are attending Swiftsure, you will be required to have your boat handicapped by PHRF NW. This is not the same as a BC Sailing certificate.   

For those that are already current 2008 members of PHRF NW,  you will simply submit a copy of  your handicap certificate when you register for the event. 

If you are not a current member of PHRF NW, but you were a member last year, please see our link for renewals.  Please remember to include your late fee when you send your payment after April 1st. 

If you are sailing a boat that still needs to be handicapped by PHRF NW, please see the link that gives you information on how to obtain your rating certificate. 

PHRF NW is not able to fax individual rating certificates to race organizers. It is up to each sailor to coordinate their registration for racing. 

If you have lost your certificate, please notify us so that we can mail you another one. If you prefer to request a new copy of your certificate via email, feel free to send a note to the office and we can get that done quickly for you.  

Expect on average, 2 weeks for processing your payment, or a new application.  If you are applying from Canada, please allow extra time for mail handling.
