When selecting your User Id, please use an ID that you can remember. PHRF NW does not have access to your user ID or your password. If you forget it, we cannot reset it for you. Consider using your name as your User ID. You will receive an email with a temporary password. You will be prompted to login and set a custom password for yourself. Once you have logged in with your temporary password, go to "my account", select "edit" and then add your own password.
Spaces are allowed; punctuation is not allowed except for periods, hyphens, and underscores.
A valid e-mail address. All e-mails from the system will be sent to this address. The e-mail address is not made public and will only be used if you wish to receive a new password or wish to receive certain news or notifications by e-mail.
